Since 1985, Air Evac Lifeteam has safely flown over 200,000 missions; caring for people in rural America who experience life- or limb-threatening medical emergencies. Air Evac Lifeteam has been serving rural America for twenty five years, with the first base opening in West Plains, Missouri. Air Evac has now grown to include 91 bases in 14 states and continues to open more bases every year.

Air Evac Lifeteam has the largest air medical membership program in America; with over 800,000 members across the United States. Our mission is to make it possible for people living in rural areas to get the life-saving emergency care they need, when they need it. Thanks to the support of our 800,000+ members, Air Evac Lifeteam can provide this vital service to the communities we serve.

An Air Evac Lifeteam membership not only gives you access to life-saving care, but also offers significant money-saving benefits. In the event you are flown by Air Evac Lifeteam for a life- or limb-threatening emergency, we will work with your benefits provider to secure payment for your flight. Whatever your benefits provider pays will be considered payment in full.
